Skypeak's founder, Joe Baltimore, is a 12-year Microsoft Consulting Services veteran--having served many of Microsoft's largest customers in the world. In total, Joe has been working on systems development for over 21 years. During his 12-year tenure with Microsoft (1996-2008), Joe helped some of Microsoft's largest Enterprise customers envision, design, develop, deploy, and manage some of the largest applications in the world--from custom, mission-critical LOB applications, to infrastructure services.
